Sales Associate

SCORE! helps children of all learning levels, K-9, make academic progress in a fun and motivating environment. We are seeking part time Sales Associates to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of revolutionizing education as we create opportunities for learning and growth for all kinds of families, and for every member of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Center Manager to improve the overall sales processes and operational effectiveness of the Center.
• Assist in prospective member visits and conversions of sales leads.
• Assist in payment collection, outgoing sales calls, customer service calls, and scheduling of parent conferences.
• Support center by providing outstanding service to current and prospective members.
• Help create a positive and supportive environment.
• Be seen as a credible and enthusiastic representative of both within and outside the Center.
• Perform some office work such as data entry, ordering, lead and member tracking office organization, member file upkeep, center visuals, filing and basic cleaning.

Requirements:

• Passion for developing sales skills; past experience in sales preferred
• Entrepreneurial drive
• High School diploma, some college preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Ability to work 10 or more hours per week
• Clear background check
